May the Peace of the risen Christ be with you and your loved ones! It is a privilege to welcome you and extend a warm St. Mark the Evangelist Parish greeting as you explore this web site. I hope you find it to be both informative and educational.

St. Mark is a caring church that reaches out in every way we can to touch lives with the love of Christ. As you browse through our various web-pages, I believe you will see that St. Mark is a leader in going the second mile in ministry. Stewardship is a way of responding to God's call in every aspect of our lives. It is sacrificial giving in the form of Time, Talent, and Treasure. I hope this web site will provide you with a better understanding of our parish ministries and inspire you to share your God-given talents to fulfill the mission of Christ in our parish, community and world. As your pastor, I want to thank each of you for your personal response to God's call here at St. Mark.

A church member who actively participates will always be a happy parishioner. Because of our participation in ministry and church life we form relationships, which in turn become the catalyst for us to grow in our faith. Our web site includes the many ministries, organizations and services that make up our parish. As you surf through the site, keep in mind that this parish is animated by the Holy Spirit and all are encouraged to be caught up in the Spirit and to participate in the many devotions, activities or projects. I see the role of our parish as that of providing an opportunity for everyone who joins us to live out and share their gifts of time, talent and treasure. We want to help everyone to move from membership to active discipleship.

If you are new to the Parish, please stop and introduce yourself. If you have been a member of St. Mark Parish for some time now, take a moment after Mass to reach out to someone you don’t know and help to build the bonds that make St. Mark Parish a wonderful place to worship.

Pray that the Risen Christ blesses us as we strive to live our Baptismal call through our stewardship of time, talent and treasure. God Bless you and your family,

Msgr. Kevin Ryan
