Boy Scout Troop 500 in conjunctions with Knights of Columbus Council 7613 held a flag retirement ceremony Saturday, May 14, 2022 on West Campus of St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church. The event was hosted by St. Rafael Guizar Valencia and coordinated by S.K. Ray Paige and Col. Mark Rayfield (Ret.) Fourteen U.S. flags were burned by the Troop. Veterans who attended received a U. S. Flag lapel pin in thanks for their service.
